Chattrbox Brand & Stay-chat Card Deck
I am really proud of the work I did designing the brand and the card deck for Chattrbox.
Chattrbox is a staff retention system, helping managers, company teams, and HR have more meaningful conversations that feel natural and supportive. I felt a deep connection to the good heart of retention. What if the design of this card deck could make these difficult conversations easier to start and more engaging to hold?
I began with the brand identity, aiming for bold, clarity and a sense of simplicity. The logo, colour palette and overall look needed to feel approachable, like a helpful presence during moments that can otherwise feel difficult. When it came to the card deck, usability was the priority. I focused on clean layouts, colour coded cards, clear typography and prompts that are easy to read and understand. I wanted the experience of opening the box and pulling a card to feel calm and intuitive.
This project is about shaping experiences that help people connect and feel comfortable - using a card deck. I am grateful to have contributed to something that helps teams build trust, support retention and spark genuine conversations.
